Sears Holdings Management Corporation provides corporate services to Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) and its family of companies, including Sears Roebuck and Co. and Kmart Corporation.

Responsible for managing of all aspects of one or more projects related to the Sears Holdings Corporation web sites, with a particular focus on interfaces with Sears Enterprise (legacy) systems as well as selected third party vendor systems. He/she is responsible for the providing project management leadership and coordination throughout the Project Lifecycle from Requirements Definition to Deployment. Responsible for working in highly matrixed organization managing personnel assigned to deliver projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: •Establish and maintain a project work plan with Milestones, Deliverables, Activities, Resource Assignments, Start / End Dates and Percent Complete. •Establish and lead project team(s) required to deliver the project. •Communicate project status, including: plans, accomplishments, issues, and risks. •Communicate project scope, goals and objectives to wider project team. •Lead cross-functional teams through the planning though implementation process. •Manage project plan, timelines and deliverables. •Provide direction and support to the project team. •Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. •Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. •Manage and implement all project changes and modifications to achieve project deliverables. •Manages project to budget as well as to timelines. •Act with a sense of urgency in assessing business impacts of a situation and acts accordingly. Escalates issues appropriately to resolve. •Actively participate in and promote a matrixed organizational culture. •Conduct post-mortem project evaluations and assessments of results REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. •5-7 years of relevant experience with: oEcommerce and Retail experience preferred oSoftware Development Lifecycle oProject Management •Strong planning and organizing skills. •Experience managing multiple projects. •Strong program management skills. •Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and focus. •Strong sense of urgency and follow through in addressing issues. •Critical thinking and problem solving. •Strong ability to influence, align and lead cross-functional teams. •Proven ability of being able to influence peers and management in decision making. •Initiative - ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. •Demonstrated communication and presentation skills. •Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. •Conflict Management skills. •Knowledge of WorkLenz or comparable enterprise project management software tools.
