NOW HIRING FULL TIME CALL CENTER SALES AND SERVICE ADVISORS!!! SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO ENJOY TALKING TO PEOPLE AND ARE ENERGIZED BY MAKING GREAT MONEY!!! This position pays an hourly rate, incentive and full benefits package! The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for answering customer calls and inquiries while selling Sears Home Improvement services. This individual will source ,create leads, and schedule appointments resulting from these calls as well as handle customer and sales force issues that need immediate attention. Will interact with other Home Improvement departments as well as the entire Sears’ organization to ensure proper handling of customers.

What hours will I be working? • For our next upcoming class which starts on 03-01-2013 we have a variety of full time day and evening schedules available. • New Hire Orientation: Prior to training you must attend a mandatory 3 hour orientation. During orientation you will learn more about the company and our policies. • New Hire Training: You will be required to attend a 6 week paid, self-directed and facilitated training that includes computer based modules, instructor led classroom learning and live calls.
