Job Purpose: The Carry-In Technical Manager is responsible for leading the technical workforce to efficiently manage payroll, productivity and customer satisfaction through hiring, coaching, developing and motivating of technical associates. The Technical Manager is responsible for workforce planning activities, ISO compliant processes, safety, and asset protection. Job Responsibilities: • Supports Revenue Growth • Accountability for technical teams and leads to include scheduling, coaching, goal setting, performance reviews, and performance management. • Partners with unit leadership to foster unit/departmental cohesiveness and access point relationships • Responsible for the following processes: >Expense Control >Support Payroll Planning >Tools and parts expense >Physical facility to include 5S standards >ISO/QMS compliance to all technical processes, including calibrated tools, refrigerant handling compliance >Security and Asset Protection • Champion of safety in the workplace. • Fosters and demonstrates teamwork. • Hiring, training, mentoring, and development of associates. • Contributor to quality service. • Occasional travel to other units. • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned Specific Essential Functions: • Open to change and the ability to effectively implement change quickly • Work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results • Effective time management skills • Outstanding customer service skills • Business acumen • Initiative and sense of urgency • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors • Values diversity and benefits thereof Experience/Education/Certification Requirements: • Bachelors Level Degree or equivalent experience Required Job Competencies: • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to solve problems and manage a project • Ability to lead others to achieve business results • Ability to teach, coach, and train leads and associates in business matters • Effectively communicate one on one and to a group • Ability to audit processes and functions • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment A comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
