Ensures the accurate and timely execution of order processing for Gift Card Sales including validation of customer request. Maintains accurate ticklers and files and coordinates timely confirmation of orders in sales processing and activation systems. Ensures that all deadlines are met to deliver expected results and generate profitable revenue. Executes current and future processes as defined by the business and Six Sigma projects.

Serves as the single point of contact (SPOC) for specific customers as identified by the business to process telephone, fax, and mail orders via Order Management system in order to meet the customer's delivery expectations Requests customer adjustments and check requests where applicable Handles and provides appropriate follow up on customer issues (i.e., delivery, installation) Completes information needed for fax or specifications sheet to customer Conducts delivery pre-calls to confirm order accuracy and delivery information Previous order or account management experience Prior call center experience Customer Service experience Excellent Organizational skills Knowledge of Desktop systems, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
