The incumbent is responsible for supporting management with analytical insight to optimize all aspects of human capital. This includes but is not limited to current state and ongoing assessment of organizational metrics, staffing, retention, diversity and skills acquisition, as well as partnering in future state optimization initiatives. Incumbent is required to perform Excel modeling and analysis on various business and people metrics to understand linkages to operational performance and identifies opportunities for improvement. The incumbent performs regular management reporting through dashboards, scorecards, commentary of trends, as well as post-hoc analysis of variable incentive compensation programs. Key business partners include Human Resources Management, Recruiting and Compensation.

Required Skills: • Ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends and outlets and make recommendations based on data • Ability to summarize and present query results • Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) • Advanced expertise in V-lookup and Pivot-Table (Excel) • Strong knowledge of the PeopleSoft Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll systems • Advanced query writing abilities against the PeopleSoft database • Ability to communicate results through oral and written presentations • Basic knowledge of the Human Resources function and its various sub-functions • Process design, implementation and measurement abilities • Project management skills
