DO YOU HAVE PRIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT? THEN COME GROW WITH US AT SEARS HOME IMPROVEMENT CALL CENTER! We are looking for Inbound Call Center Technical Support Representatives. In this role you will use customer relation skills, technical product knowledge, database information and related resources to assist customers calling for assistance with their HVAC products. Prior HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required. We have a variety of full time day and evening schedules available. • New Hire Orientation: Prior to training you must attend a mandatory 3 hour orientation. During orientation you will learn more about the company and our policies. • New Hire Training: You will be required to attend a 6 week paid, self-directed and facilitated training that includes computer based modules, instructor led classroom learning and live calls.
