The Order Management Representative is required to input complete and accurate sales orders, apply order management disciplines to the ordering and delivery processes, coordinate the delivery/installation of the appliances with the customer, and handle customer service responsibilities through Inbound and outbound calls. Work various order management reports to ensure accurate, timely delivery and invoicing.

Process Telephone, FAX, Email and Mail orders via SCOPES to meet established deadlines Understand and apply product substitution guidelines Possess advance product knowledge Follow delivery timelines as established by each customer Request customer adjustments where applicable Follow up on customer issues, i.e. delivery, installation, etc. Complete information needed for fax of specifications sheets to customer Make delivery pre-calls to confirm order accuracy and delivery information Maintain folders for incomplete and complete customer service issues for follow-up Advise customers/account managers of backorders and help to make another selection Arrange for miscellaneous installation or related services when required Cover Account Managers voice mail if assigned Confirm FAX/mailed orders according to guidelines Notify via voice mail the following information Process required reports as necessary Performs associated tasks as assigned Customer Service Inbound/Outbound Call experience Use of standard office equipment, including telephone system, FAX machines, photocopying equipment, etc Computer literate – knowledge of standard software operating systems Order processing system Microsoft Applications, I.E. Word, Excel, or similar applications Policies/Procedures
