Under the direction of the District Technical Production Manager (DTPM) the incumbent will provide technical service on Preventive Maintenance calls, shuttle necessary parts and supplies for service repair completion for repair technicians, and to perform on-the-job training tasks when working with a Break Technician on call types. The goal of this position is to be a feeder into either the Install Tech or Break/Fix Tech position.

Experience/Education/Certification Requirements: •High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred •Must be at least 18 years of age •Certification and /or licenses as required•Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and driver's license check •Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and be willing to submit to random drug testing, per company policy •Experience and aptitude with computers and databases Required Job Competencies: •Maintain the highest level of service standards and work with management in technician development •Accept responsibility for work assignments and be held accountable for successful completion •Outstanding customer service skills •Computer literacy skills •Work well with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer to help when needed, and foster a team climate to deliver high performance results •Open to change and the ability to implement change quickly and effectively •Convey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors •Mentoring skills •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
