The Senior Process/Recovery Claims Clerk is responsible for OEM Warranty, Service Contract, Home Warranty, Installation and Delivery claims submission and claims rejection resolutions. This position is a Full Time, Entry-Level, Hourly opportunity pay is $11.68. Please send salary requirements with resume. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Reviews outstanding and rejected OEM Warranty, Service Contract, Home Warranty, Installation and Delivery claims. • Submits claimable events supported by completed service orders. • Ensures that all efforts are made to recover revenue for submitted claims. • Process rejected claims from the Accounts Receivable report and ensure that all claims are accepted and all rejects are worked. • Ensures that claims are filed in a timely manner using the Claims in Review accrual report. • Works closely with assigned clients. • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of work processes by auditing completed and rejected claims that are worked by the Off Shore team. • Learns all functional and technical aspects of the area(s) assigned. • Works closely with the field to obtain missing service order information and feeds back results of claims. • Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills: • 1 - 2 Years Home Services or Claims/Accounting experience. • Problem solving skills. • Good computer skills, including Excel experience to include formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups • Good verbal and written communication skills • Clear speaking voice, with a good command of the English language • Ability to perform multiple tasks with strong attention to detail • Ability to periodically work flexible schedules based on business needs • Ability to maintain a professional image at all times • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as required • Frequent sitting, some standing and walking and bending and reaching as necessary • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers at various levels of the organization Preferred Skills: • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word • Home Services experience A comprehensive and competitive benefit program is designed to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
