As part of this overall growth initiative, Sears is seeking passionate, customer centric sales leaders to fill the position of Specialty Fitness Store Lead. A background in both retail and fitness environments is a must. This position will assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with coaching, training, scheduling and performance management of its fitness department and its associates.

Qualifications: • Retail experience, preferably in high end sales • 2-3 years of management experience • Strong knowledge of fitness industry, products and trends • Ability to demonstrate product features/benefits and communicate clearly to customers • Ability to train, lead and develop a team • Strong organizational skills • Computer literacy a must; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Education/Training: • High School graduate; College degree preferred • Personal Trainer Certification preferred
