Each year, over a thousand early career theatre artists, technicians and professionals, nationally and internationally, compete for two dozen internships and fellowships offered at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, D.C. Members of the intern/fellow company work alongside some of the most renowned artists and professionals in the world to produce and support the mainstage season at the nations premier classical theatre.

All interns and fellows receive $150 a week and rent-free, fully-furnished housing is available for out-of-town interns/fellows.
