Shanto's Bakery is a Lebanese Bakery/Cafe that opened it's doors about a year ago and has experienced growing success through word-of-mouth promotion and small scale community events.

I'm reaching out to you because I want to inquire about setting up some sort of internship for PR and/or marketing students. Shanto's is trying to build an image and a brand, and would love to work with young minds in the industry. I am prepared to offer internship hours and participate in any programs the interns require. Although this is the first store by this name, the plan is to keep expanding and reach out to communities all around southern California. Although I want to expand, I want to keep the image of being a young, experimental, imaginative cafe serving high quality food.
