The responsibilities of the AVP/Junior VP of Commodity Finance will include:

  Executing and issuing client valuations based on physical collateral positions

  
  


• 
  

  Booking and reconciling physical collateral positions

  
  


• 
  

  Initiating movements across client call accounts held with the bank

  
  


• 
  

  Issuing new and amended Letters of Credit

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and issuing confirmations for physical commodity transactions

  
  


• 
  

  Managing daily customer exposures and limits

  
  


• 
  

  Implementing current market practice procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring and arranging daily term funding needs

  
  


• 
  

  Establishing new customer set up and system testing

  Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  Previous experience in dealing with loan administration and collateral management

  Minimum 4 years of experience in Physical Commodity Financing and experience preparing commodity based trade confirmations

  Exposure across a broad range of commodity products

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to initiate and incorporate updated procedures and processes

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and both written and verbal communication skills
