The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include:

  Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business process

  Collaborating with relevant business units to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems

  
  


• 
  

  Writing detailed description of user needs, as well as functional and/or technical specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing current business process, workflow, and scheduling limitations

  
  


• 
  

  Studying existing information-processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new system specifications to improve production or workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing workflow charts and diagrams

  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field

  Ability to create workflow charts and diagrams

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  Good documentation and data analysis abilities
