The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include:

  Proposing technical and non-technical solutions to meet business requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business process

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with relevant business units to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems

  
  


• 
  

  Translating business and user requirements into system requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Creating and maintaining test plans and use cases suitable for UAT (user acceptance testing)

  
  


• 
  

  Studying existing business processes to evaluate effectiveness and develop new system specifications to improve production or workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing workflow charts and diagrams

  Bachelor's degree

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience in a large corporate environment with involvement during the full SDLC (Software Development Life-Cycle)  for web-based applications

  
  


• 
  

  Skill building test scripts and test scenarios

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity leading successful JAD sessions

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to conceptualize and document complex systems using UML Modeling, extract information from MS SQL Server using simple scripts, and build HTML UI Mock-Ups

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity reading XML and working with IBM Mainframe Application Architecture a plue

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent technical, analytical, problem resolution, and communication skills
