The responsibilities of the Business Analyst/Business Intelligence Specialist will include:

  Developing commercial and product-related plans to increase end-to-end cost accountability and reduce total cost of ownership across the products that the client consumes during operations

  
  


• 
  

  Creating and driving strategies to affect both the demand-side and the supply-side economics of a product by innovating the supplier base, Bill of Materials, service delivery models, ongoing product management, and total cost of ownership

  
  


• 
  

  Building financial, economic, and Total Cost of Ownership models using proven methodologies to drive structural cost takeout and cost accountability for target products and services

  
  


• 
  

  Validating product and process commercials and performance (KPIs, SLAs, error root causes, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Framing commercial performance related analysis and modeling to support effective and efficient decision making

  
  


• 
  

  Developing, evaluating, and supporting the execution of viable go-to-market options, including financial impact of decisions to ensure accurate cost recovery for business area

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting development of industrialized and scalable analytical and data mining frameworks and methodologies

  Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  Proven experience developing new or enhancing existing products in a cost effective manner

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of new and emerging consumer and marketing trends and ability to use gathered information to plan advertising campaigns

  
  


• 
  

  Commercial experience in operations strategy, product development, and/or service delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a change management project role, ideally with exposure to Sourcing, Real Estate, or other Infrastructure functions

  
  


• 
  

  Skill in organizational design work, including process design and resource requirement assessment

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth understanding of Investment Banking, especially individual products and non-consumer goods

  
  


• 
  

  Interpersonal, analytical, communication, presentation, and business planning skills
