The responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include:

  Analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business operation

  Collaborating with personnel of relevant business units to study operational procedures and identify setbacks

  
  


• 
  

  Writing detailed description of user needs, as well as functional and sometimes technical specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Providing Functional Requirements, Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases, GUI (Graphical user Interface), and Screen and Interface designs

  
  


• 
  

  Serving as the conduit between the customers and the software development team

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing current business process, workflow, and scheduling limitations

  
  


• 
  

  Studying existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new system specifications to improve production and workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing workflow charts and diagrams

  Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services with full project life cycle experience

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of Financial Product

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Project and MS Visio

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies

  
  


• 
  

  Strong documentation and workflow charting abilities

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
