The responsibilities of the Business Process Re-Engineer will include:

  Documenting gaps against available standards

  Defining new processes

  
  


• 
  

  Gathering and documenting requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with IT and customer management personnel to determine solutions

  Familiarity documenting plans and workflows

  Significant experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, processes, and workflows as well as developing specifications for system programmers

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  Excellent analytical, problem resolution, and both written and verbal communication skills
