A client of ours, a top-tier firm, is looking for a Business Process Re-Engineer to be based in Phoenix, AZ.


The responsibilities of the Business Process Re-Engineer will include:




  • Developing and completing a process improvement project




  • Performing current state analysis




  • Documenting gaps against available standards




  • Defining new processes




  • Gathering and documenting requirements




  • Collaborating with IT and customer management personnel to determine solutions

  • Bachelor's degree




  • Minimum of 3 years experience in planning, managing, and implementing IT Projects with a focus on the analysis and design of workflows and business processes within an organization




  • Familiarity documenting plans and workflows




  • Significant experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, processes, and workflows as well as developing specifications for system programmers




  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite




  • Excellent analytical, problem resolution, and both written and verbal communication skills
