The responsibilities of the C++ Developer will include:

  Participating in the design and development of trading and risk management applications to support new business initiatives and increased trading volumes

  
  


• 
  

  Working as part of a global and diversified team to deliver consistent services and products to the trading business in all regions where it operates

  
  


• 
  

  Providing support for trading, risk measurement and management, and product control functions

  
  


• 
  

  Participating in all phases of software development including project specification, development, testing, deployment to the production environment and post-production support

  Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline

  Professional experience in software development over an entire lifecycle, large-scale system deployment, designing and building distributed Linus or Unix real-time application servers, and implementing client-server solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Investment banking, engineering or software house background

  
  


• 
  

  Object-oriented analysis and design experience with a working knowledge of software patterns

  
  


• 
  

  Skill in C++ programming

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent mathematic and analytical skills

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Cross-Platform development

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of Perl, Python, and/or Unix shell scripting languages

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of Java and Q/KDB programming language as well as OS (Operating System)/Threading/Webserver fundamentals is a plus
