A client of ours, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for a CDO Fund Administrator to be based in New York, NY.

The responsibilities of the CDO (Collateralized Debt Obligation) Fund Administrator will include:

• 
  

  Executing warehouse documentation, processes, and tie-outs

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring that proper compliance procedures are followed

  
  


• 
  

  Presenting results and methodologies to management

  
  


• 
  

  Conducting required compliance module tests

  
  


• 
  

  Calculating OC/IC (Operation Cost/Interest Cost), WAC (Weighted Average Coupon), WARF (Weighted Averaged Rating Factor), CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle), Discount Obligations tests, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Applying loan, bond, and swap assets knowledge for documentation and execution of Credit Agreement and Agent Notices

  
  


• 
  

  Performing cash management functions

  
  


• 
  

  Performing detailed analyses for the interpretation of complex information

  Bachelor's degree

  Experience at a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm, or other relevant experience

  Proficiency with CDO/CLO (Collateralized Debt Obligation/Collateralized Loan Obligation)

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of WSOWeb and WSO (Wall Street Office) Compliance, CDO Indentures, and credit ratings and notching mechanisms

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

  
  


• 
  

  Superb Excel skills
