The responsibilities of the Consulting Analyst will include:

  Analyzing company data, interviewing company staff, and observing the firm's operations

  Documenting findings and preparing recommendations for change

  
  


• 
  

  Proposing ways in which to improve operations

  
  


• 
  

  Resolving issues uncovered by various internal progress reports

  
  


• 
  

  Managing minor projects and providing regular reports on progress

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

  Minimum of 2 years experience in technology consulting

  Minimum of 1 year experience with a Big 4 consulting firm preferred

  Experience with building or fixing process improvement within mortgage or banking, Auto Finance, commercial banking, or payments

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with solution enterprise implementation

  
  


• 
  

  Skill with requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, and vendor selection

  Superior analytical and communication skills
