A client of ours, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for a Contract Negotiator to be based in Charlotte, NC.

The responsibilities of the Contract Negotiator will include:

  Managing internal contract negotiation activities for single contract projects that involve medium complexity pricing and delivery models with direct impact to the business strategy

  
  


• 
  

  Executing daily contractual workflow requests from internal business partners to achieve expected contractual outcomes

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiating, drafting, and developing contractual terms within the company's existing legal form contract framework to consistently limit the legal risk exposure while deriving maximum organizational benefit

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing contractual agreements prior to execution for compliance with corporate standards

  Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communication, History, or related discipline

  Familiarity with financial services
