The responsibilities of the Director of Technology and Integration Architecture will include:

  Leading the technology and integration architecture domain

  Driving the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive useful business context

  
  


• 
  

  Managing analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise architecture

  
  


• 
  

  Facilitating the creation of governing principles to guide decision making

  
  


• 
  

  Leading the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies

  
  


• 
  

  Overseeing the documentation of all technology and integration architecture design and analysis work

  
  


• 
  

  Identifying organizational requirements for the resources, structures, and cultural changes necessary to support the enterprise architecture

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 7 years experience in at least 2 IT disciplines (i.e., technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations) in a multi-tier environment

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with ESB implementation and integration of .Net front-end frameworks and Oracle back-end as well as web consumer facing technologies based on .Net framework and Oracle back-end

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with consumer facing applications on mobile platforms (iOS, Android, HTML5)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture and business re-engineering principles and processes

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of basic graphical modeling approaches, tools, and model repositories

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent technical, analytical, problem resolution, and communication skills
