The responsibilities of the Disaster Recovery Project Manager will include:

  Illustrating how the firm will dissolve itself if under a bankruptcy duress

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing a plan to rid the firm of all remaining assets

  
  


• 
  

  Describing the company's strategy for rapid and orderly resolution under the Bankruptcy Code in the event of material financial distress or failure of the company

  
  


• 
  

  Compiling a plan to ensure that the firm has forward-looking capital planning processes that account for their unique risks and that the firm has sufficient capital to continue operations throughout times of economic stress

  
  


• 
  

  Showing that the firm has sufficient capital to continue to lend to households and businesses even under severely adverse conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrating in the plan that the firm is prepared to meet Basel III regulatory capital standards as they are implemented in the United States
