A client of ours, a top-tier firm, is looking for a Fixed Operations Training Administrator to be based in Torrance, CA.

The responsibilities of the Fixed Operations Training Administrator will include:

• 
  

  Developing a semi-annual workshop schedule based on needs analysis, student eligibility, and zone requests

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining inventory and fulfillment of student materials

  
  


• 
  

  Shipping and tracking hardware to various workshop locations

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating and collaborating with external customers and internal customers

  
  


• 
  

  Analyzing and reporting on Fixed Operations workshops, including the number of workshops delivered, average student participation, workshop cost analytics, and trending analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Managing e-Enrollment, including event set-up, workshop communications, and billing

  
  


• 
  

  Overseeing phone and email communications with Field and Zone personnel

  Bachelor's degree
