The responsibilities of the IT Contracts Administrator will include:

  Managing contracts for IT

  Overseeing contracts signed by company to ensure agreements are followed

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring the performance of each contract

  
  


• 
  

  Overseeing the accuracy of deliverables

  
  


• 
  

  Managing the contract database

  
  


• 
  

  Developing standard contracts

  
  


• 
  

  Staying up to date with regulatory, legislative, and industrial changes to verify if changes are needed to contracts and ensure that they are accomplished within the required timeline
