The responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst will include:

  Collecting and defining business requirements

  Ensuring consistent application of processes

  Supporting the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulating impacts and risks

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and creating business case outlining cost impacts value drivers of proposed solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and documenting feasibility studies and estimates

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy

  
  


• 
  

  Acting as an escalation point for solution issues in the production environment and during projects

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline

  Strong background in business analysis and banking processes

  Thorough understanding of Reference Data, Reference Data Mastering, Exception Management, and other aspects of data management

  
  


• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of Fixed Income Instrument Data and industry trends

  
  


• 
  

  Experience delivering Reference Data Platforms and managing a diverse group of stakeholders, including business, operations, and technology at different levels of the organization

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT)

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem resolution, and both written and verbal communication skills
