A client of ours, a top-tier firm, is looking for a Metrics and Reporting Analyst to be based in Chandler, AZ.

The responsibilities of the Metrics and Reporting Analyst will include:

  Developing reports, charts, tables, graphs, and intermediate statistical analysis using tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel

  
  


• 
  

  Generating and delivering standard reports

  
  


• 
  

  Synthesizing raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with key stakeholders in the translation of business requirements for new reports

  
  


• 
  

  Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvements among existing reports

  
  


• 
  

  Completing ad-hoc data and analysis requests

  Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 5 years of SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and SQL programming experience on both Unix and Windows

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of financial services data desired

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (reporting features, pivot tables)

  
  


• 
  

  Data warehouse and Tableau experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
