A client of ours, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for a Workspace Mobility Analyst/Developer to be based in New York, NY.


The responsibilities of the Workspace Mobility Analyst/Developer will include:




  • Managing end-to-end service for internal mobility applications/environments, including My Phone, My Docs, My Mobile, and My Desk




  • Defining, developing, and maintaining dashboard reporting on the mobility environments, analyzing performance, measuring service level metrics and customer satisfaction that reflect the end-user experience and overall operational performance/stability




  • Developing code using SQL, VBA, and Shell Scripting to mine and automate raw data collection from various data sources




  • Capturing and implementing best practices for operating the service




  • Recommending integrating disparate services/technologies to improve the end-user experience




  • Providing thought leadership for operational improvements and adjustments to enhance the end-user experience




  • Reporting on environment usage, exceptions, and achievements on a regular basis

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a client focused enterprise and delivering metrics that meet client needs




  • At least 5 years experience in data collection and analysis, quantitative analysis, performance management, and measure customer satisfaction




  • Analytical experience in banking industry and/or report building experience




  • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, VBA development in Excel, and SharePoint




  • Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle with the ability to construct statements/stored procedures/functions to create reports




  • Ability to create pivot tables, charting, and creating presentations




  • Understanding of the ITIL framework




  • Excellent documentation skills and the ability to give presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
