The responsibilities of the Project Business Analyst will include:

  Developing business case for assigned projects and obtaining, documenting, and validating related current and future business process flows

  
  


• 
  

  Eliciting, documenting, and maintaining business requirement documentation to support future state processes

  
  


• 
  

  Collecting, tracking, analyzing, and trending data

  
  


• 
  

  Participating in internal and external project workgroups and presentations

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes, and enhancements

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing materials for internal and external audit activities

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing audit findings and reports for accuracy and completeness

  Bachelor's degree

  Minimum of 4 years experience in the Healthcare industry

  Minimum of 2 years in business analysis

  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  IIBA CBAP Certification required

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of project management principles and practices

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of financial and accounting practices

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Visio, Planview, Lotus Notes, and Project

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
