The responsibilities of the Product Control Officer will include:

  Supporting a team of project managers

  Updating project plans

  Analyzing and tracking budget

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining project repositories of documents using SharePoint

  
  


• 
  

  Scheduling meetings and taking and distributing minutes

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring project control procedures and policies within a program of related projects are executed

  
  


• 
  

  Assisting in maintaining project schedules

  
  


• 
  

  Developing and maintaining issue logs

  Bachelor's degree

• 
  

  Experience as a Project Control Officer

  
  


• 
  

  Capital Market background

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Client) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) preferred

  Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and both written and verbal communication skills
