A client of ours, a top-tier firm, is looking for a Project Manager to be based in Carmel, IN.

The responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:

  Developing and sustaining relationships with business partners and IT project teams

  
  


• 
  

  Managing project scope, schedule, and risk, including change control process

  
  


• 
  

  Applying appropriate methodology, tools, and templates in order to complete assigned projects

  
  


• 
  

  Managing project cost to capital budget and monthly project capital forecasting

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining project work plans and creating required deliverables

  
  


• 
  

  Managing development and processing of Funding Documentation for project approval/funding

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs

  
  


• 
  

  Reporting status on assigned projects, including schedule, cost, scope, and risk/issue

  Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role with a strong background in team development

  
  


• 
  

  Practical experience leading large application development or infrastructure design/deployment projects

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and practices as well as project management and systems development life cycles

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with MS Project, Clarity, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio software programs

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning ability
