A client of ours, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to be based in Minneapolis, MN.

The responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst will include:

  Analyzing programs, processes, claims, documentation, or files of unusual, complex, or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and government regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating overall process or transaction quality and providing feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues, including identification of inconsistencies

  
  


• 
  

  Analyzing risks and offsets and developing solutions for problems identified

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting all test activities, enhancing, developing, and executing manual and automated test scripts, record, and track software discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Executing test cases and managing resources to ensure quality release of changes to the productions environment

  Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  Minimum of 4 years experience in one of the following areas: operations, loan documentation, loan servicing, or underwriting

  Ability to generate test cases from requirements and technical specifications

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with the test life cycle

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Windows and UNIX

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using test automation tools
