The responsibilities of the Data Warehouse QA Tester will include:

  Designing test plans specific to various program and process testing

  Creating test scenarios

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing and validating test cases

  
  


• 
  

  Examining and interpreting requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Developing and implementing functionality and regression tests

  
  


• 
  

  Documenting and tracking test results

  
  


• 
  

  Reporting defects uncovered during testing

  
  


• 
  

  Tracking the implementation of corrective actions

  Familiarity with DataStage, ETL, SQL, COGNOS, PL/SQL, and COBOL

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of Easytrieve

  
  


• 
  

  Technical, analytical, problem resolution, and reporting skills
