The responsibilities of the Risk IT Project Manager will include:

  Providing overall leadership, governance, and communications to sponsors, stakeholders, and the PMO

  
  


• 
  

  Developing and reviewing Project Management artifacts

  
  


• 
  

  Performing analysis to determine and verify business requirements, functional design, QA/UAT strategies, and project risks

  
  


• 
  

  Leading peer reviews and inspections of required documents

  
  


• 
  

  Managing changes to baseline requirements through a change control process

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining issues lists, including minutes from design meetings

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing and managing resource budgets and plans

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring deliverables are being met on a timely basis and within project budget

  7+  years of practical experience of successfully implementing projects in Risk Management in the financial services industry

  At least 2 years of development and project management experience with onshore/offshore resources

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Financial Products, Market Data, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Operational Risk in Capital Markets

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio

  
  


• 
  

  Manage tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes

  
  


• 
  

  Capacity to learn/understand some technical implications of system design

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
