The responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst will include:

  Participating in finalizing derivative clearing system and implementing the system

  
  


• 
  

  Performing data analysis (SQL query, pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and data sourcing gap analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Recommending problem solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding and documenting detailed business requirements and translating business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating project and project communication

  
  


• 
  

  Performing management analysis, definition, design, development, and implementation of business services and products

  Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

  Experience working as a business analyst in all phases of the IT Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Project Initiation Request (PIR), Capabilities document, Business case Development, Defining Scope Analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to write BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)

  
  


• 
  

  Superb documentation and data analysis skills

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of Derivatives operations

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Calypso preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Derivatives Clearing strongly desired

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
