The responsibilities of the Senior Finance Support Analyst will include:

  Drafting vanilla and structured OTC Derivative trade confirmations

  
  


• 
  

  Submitting and reconciling transactions confirmed through electronic platforms, including DTCC and SwapsWire

  
  


• 
  

  Issuing other critical client notifications such as corporate action event

  
  


• 
  

  Driving internal agendas through active participation in industry driven initiatives such as ISDA operations working groups

  
  


• 
  

  Liaising without internal partners to ensure the firm's regulatory obligations are met

  
  


• 
  

  Responding to queries on specific products, including Equity Swaps, OTC Options, and Variance Swaps

  
  


• 
  

  Researching and resolving documentation discrepancies through proactive communication with internal partners and external counterparties

  
  


• 
  

  Implementing and maintaining stringent process controls to mitigate firm and client risk

  Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  Experience drafting trade confirmations, reconciling transactions, and completing accurate documentation
