A client of ours, a top-tier healthcare firm, is looking for a Senior QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst to be based in New York, NY.

The responsibilities of the Senior QA Analyst will include:

  Documenting test cases

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinating test execution

  
  


• 
  

  Reviewing and assessing all defects

  
  


• 
  

  Participating in all phases of testing, SIT (System Integration Testing), BAT (Business Acceptance Testing)/UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and PAT (Production Acceptance Testing)

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with Development and Infrastructure teams to ensure that the test environments are setup and ready for test execution

  
  


• 
  

  Participating in daily test defect review meetings

  
  


• 
  

  Suggesting solutions for defects across the various processing components/applications

  Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline

  
  


• 
  

  At least 6 years experience in BAT/UAT testing

  
  


• 
  

  Strong business knowledge in Fixed Income

  
  


• 
  

  Background in Capital Market with extensive testing experience, particularly test analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Previous BA (Business Analyst) or BSA (Business Systems Analyst) experience a plus

  
  


• 
  

  HQC/HQ experience

  
  


• 
  

  Experience testing Calypso, Murex, Wallstreet, and Summit systems preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Regulatory reporting exposure (FATCA, Dodd Frank) a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of Systems Development methodology
