The responsibilities of the Software Engineer will include:

  Maintaining and enhancing existing real time market data, trading, and support applications

  
  


• 
  

  Taking on support responsibilities for proprietary API (Application Programming Interface)

  
  


• 
  

  Providing development in new efforts as driven by department and business demands

  
  


• 
  

  Documenting technical specifications

  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

  Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  Skill with C#, .Net, and multi-threading programming

  Strong working knowledge of .Net library and environment

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Sockets, TCP, UDP, and IP Multicast network programming

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with performance sensitive applications; market data/realtime processing a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with SQL; SQL Server a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem solving skills
