A client of ours, a top-tier firm, is looking for an SQL Developer to be based in Parsippany, NJ.

The responsibilities of the SQL Developer will include:

  Applying expertise in .NET, SQL Server, and overall solution architecture to the client's advanced Microsoft shop to deliver software and services to their enterprise clients

  
  


• 
  

  Writing, analyzing, and improving performance of complex queries

  
  


• 
  

  Designing and creating database tables

  
  


• 
  

  Creating, implementing, and modifying ETL packages

  
  


• 
  

  Brainstorming and formulating cutting-edge product breakthroughs

  
  


• 
  

  Defining and documenting high-level design requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting development staff with Stored Procedures fine tuning and actual development/debugging

  Knowledge of Client Server-TSQL and SQL Server 2005, 2008

  Experience analyzing and improving performance of complex queries

  Skill with encrypted column data

  Familiarity with use case analysis, Object Oriented Design Analysis, .NET 2.0-3.5, VB.NET, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server 2005, 2008
