A client of ours, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for a Systems Architect / Engineer to be based in New York, NY.

The responsibilities of the Systems Architect / Engineer will include:

  Designing, engineering, and implementing automated security and service administration for deployment with global Exchange 2010

  
  


• 
  

  Processing designs

  
  


• 
  

  Providing engineered components

  
  


• 
  

  Implementing integrations with automation frameworks and request based frameworks

  
  


• 
  

  Performing component and process specific monitoring

  
  


• 
  

  Providing analysis of requirements and feature design initiatives to assist in project planning of design initiatives

  5+ years developing software products on Windows platforms

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years working with C#.NET

  2+ years of enterprise development or product development experience

  
  


• 
  

  Solid working knowledge of at least three of the following: C, C++, C#, Oracle, MSSQL, Microsoft, and Visual Studio

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of C#.NET 3.5/4.0, WPF, XAML, WCF, and SQL 05/08

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work within a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

  
  


• 
  

  Exposure to workflow automation and orchestration technologies a plus
