A client of ours, a top-tier financial firm, is looking for an Entry Level Tax Operations Specialist to be based in Jersey City, NJ.

The responsibilities of the Entry Level Tax Operations Specialist will include:

  Assisting in the Audit, Risk, and Control group of tax operations

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of key tax operations projects and initiatives

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting the Tax Operations Team in the analysis and resolution of processing issues

  
  


• 
  

  Identifying and assessing risks

  Bachelor's degree

  Minimum of one internship in tax operations, audit, risk, or control at an investment bank

  Strong research, analytical, and communication skills

  Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database entry

  Knowledge of financial services field preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Capacity to identify and assess risks

  Aptitude to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize activities, and work independently
