A client of ours, a top-tier healthcare firm, is looking for a Windows Administrator to be based in Phoenix, AZ.

The responsibilities of the Windows Administrator will include:

• 
  

  Supporting the Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Domain, and backup systems

  
  


• 
  

  Installing and maintaining operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluating system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshooting networking and operating system problems

  
  


• 
  

  Performing tier two and three problem identification and resolution, performance monitoring, and improvements as well as configuration enhancements to ensure system infrastructure stability for all Windows systems on-site

  
  


• 
  

  Creating and maintaining standard operating procedure documentation for systems' processes

  
  


• 
  

  Configuring and installing all new hardware and software related Widows and secondarily to Windows

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining technical documentation

  Bachelor's degree

  Significant experience as a Windows Administrator

  Ability to install, support, and troubleshoot Windows server hardware

  
  


• 
  

  Expert knowledge of Windows Operating Systems,  server security hardening in Windows, and Enterprise Design

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with SAN storage

  
  


• 
  

  Thorough understanding of networking methodologies and principles as well as computer operations standards

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent technical, analytical, problem resolution, and communication skills
