The Sony Network EntertainmentSoftware
Engineer Intern will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and
testing of Next-Gen Web-based client applications running on Sony Internet
Capable TVs.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Building familiarity with existing software
• Writing and unit testing software under the supervision
of senior members
• Closely collaborating with development and planning
teams.
• Help optimizing Client code
• Participating in the modification to existing
JavaScript API communicating with Backend Services according to Specs.

Qualifications:

•Currentlypursuing a Bachelor's or Master'sdegree inComputer Science or Computer
Engineering degree; must have completed at least 2 full years of a 4-yr BS degree program;GPA 3.5 or above
•Good Object Oriented Programming and design
skills, Java, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, Scripting Languages, JSON

•Web 2.0 GUI design and development,
services integration

•Digital Media Services, Device Software

•A great team player, with a positive and can do
attitude
•Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal
