Provide staff with support on computer-based applications. Troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, determine source of problem, and advise staff what action needs to be taken. Log and report all events to IT Manager/IT Coordinator.
Manage the Help Desk as the first level of support for all staff from Monday through Friday during Soundview Health Center office hours, with a regularly scheduled lunch break.
