Director Account Management   Healthcare Vertical


Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director Account Management is responsible for all aspects of relationship management, sales, partnering, account management and development for dedicated large strategic clients which are managed by a Vice President. The Director Account Management will lead the relationship with the client. This role will have responsibility for client retention and satisfaction, revenue growth, margin enhancement and client penetration. The Director will work closely with the Operations Program Manager to ensure delivery/service level agreements are consistently met or exceeded for the client. The Director will be responsible for the introduction and presentation of all solutions and services to the client. Additionally, the Director will be responsible to ensure transfer of client information to other StarTek business groups as needed and will work with those groups to manage contractual/commercial issues. Travel to various locations (as needed) for this position.

Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree with a minimum of five (5) years experience in a client service environment. Must have a successful track record working with small to medium size accounts and the ability to develop new sales opportunities. Experience should be in an environment that requires a high sense of urgency, strong results orientation and a strong understanding of sound business practices and a background which includes effective group presentations.
