Responsible for designing/development, executing and support for software applications throughout the project life cycle with the IT Architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years’ experience .Net based web applications, SharePoint website design and .NET webparts.
• MUST have skills in SharePoint, SQL Server, .NET, ASP.NET, C#, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, WPF, WCF, Object Oriented Programming, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer.
• Would also prefer skills in Microsoft Dynamics SL
• Software Development Lifecycle
• Software analysis and design
• Architectural best practices
• Strong problem solving skills is a must
• Creative, innovative thinker
• Ability to work alone and occasionally in small teams
• Willingness to take ownership of problems and projects
• Familiarity with multiple development methodologies including: Agile Development using SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative.
• Software testing and debugging skills Documentation and organization skills
• Ability to stay ahead of technology, research new thing, implements new ideas.
• Ability to conduct and prepare feasibility studies, develop client proposals; including estimates for costs, time and resources, prepare statistical reports and complete cost/benefit analysis.
• Possesses expertise in process and data modeling, architectural development methodologies, IT planning methodologies and extensive knowledge of the enterprise’s business and decision-making processes.
• Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Must exhibit initiative to bring project to fruition with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to fulfill responsibilities after normal business hours when necessary.
