Suffusion Social, a full service social media agency is seeking a Social Media Intern.

This roles main focus is to work on both the Companys and our clients social media content, sites with a heavy emphasis being placed on development. This includes tracking, updating, customizing, designing, posting and creating content on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp, Wordpress and blogs etc.

Additionally, this role will be a learning opportunity for the intern to attend several virtual seminars to report to the team and write blog posts.

This is an unpaid part-time or unpaid-full time position for the right applicant. Even though this position is unpaid, Interns are given important client work and responsibilities, along with training and supervision to gain impressive new skills that will make then valuable in the marketplace and inside our company.

Suffusion Social believes in challenging their interns to be more than coffee getters and paper pushers. You will be treated as a valuable member of the team and trained as if at the end of the internship you could be full time work with little to no transition.

This position can be done remotely. We believe social media affords us the opportunity to work virtually and do not want to sacrifice talent due to location restrictions. We can create a custom flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate enjoys and spends time on social media platform and is interested in the business applications of social platforms. Most importantly, you must be a passionate personal user of social media.

Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
-Updating company and clients blogs
-Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn monitoring
-Online directory listing updates
-Facebook Custom Tab Development
-Twitter farming
-Attending webinar and reading social media materials
-Video posting
-Email Marketing campaigns
-Working with other team members who include graphic designers, content writers, social media strategists, and other professionals.
