This is business analyst role with learning sytems , social collaboration.

This role is learning focused and will augment our staff to assist in a quick launch of LBS University. The role will work with our FTE staff to execute approach and build relationships across our LBS organization in an effort to collect and consolidate current offerings across LBS organizations, consolidate lists and requests and conduct research to identify potential learning partners. Finalized offering set of course will be loaded into the enterprise learning system by this role. In addition, set-up of reporting of usage, course survey analysis, and other metrics are required.

this person needs to be brilliant, tactful, and be able to read people well. Be a self-starter and be able to queue up questions ? take direction and make something happen.
