Our direct client is looking for a solid SQL Server DBA at their Wauwatosa, WI location

Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact and SQL Server technical resource for application/business partners.
- Role will assist Process Improvement initiatives through the support of tool and technology solutions that simplify processes, and give visibility to key operational metrics

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience with SQL query writing and relational database concepts
- Experience with configuration and support of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience working with business analysis tools such as Business Objects or Cognos BI
- Experience in software support and working with clients
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills Desired Characteristics
- BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or MIS (or equivalent work experience as deemed by the company)
- Understanding of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of JSON, XML, and AJAX
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint or similar platform
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Capable of working effectively with minimal direct supervision
